What's included

What Patient Care Includes

Patient Care covers two levels of help. Which one you need depends on the patient's condition.

Clinical care — qualified nurses

  • Care that requires nursing training
  • Following the treatment plan set by the patient's own doctor
  • Monitoring and reporting changes to the family
  • Post-hospitalisation recovery support at home

Non-clinical care — experienced caregivers

  • Help with mobility, positioning and moving safely
  • Hygiene, bathing, changing and personal care
  • Feeding support and help with daily routines
  • Supervision and company through the day or night
  • Relief for a family member who has been caring alone

What this service does not cover

  • We are not a hospital, an ICU, or a high-dependency setup at home
  • We do not diagnose, prescribe, or change a treatment plan
  • We are not an ambulance or emergency medical service
  • General household work is arranged separately, not folded into patient duty

Why we state this plainly

Knowing where our work stops means nobody discovers a gap on the first day. If what the patient needs sits outside this, we will say so on the call and point you to the right kind of provider — even when that is not us.

Who it's for

Who Patient Care Is For

Most families who call us are in one of these situations.

A patient coming home from hospital

Discharge is arranged and the family suddenly needs someone at home who can handle recovery, movement and daily care.

Someone bedridden or with limited mobility

Ongoing help with positioning, hygiene and feeding, where moving someone safely matters as much as patience does.

A family member caring alone

One person has been managing everything and needs relief — a shift, nights, or longer — without the care dropping.

Adult children arranging care from outside Kota

You cannot be here every day and need someone reliable at the house, plus a local team you can actually reach.

Not sure whether you need Patient Care or Elder Care?

Patient Care is driven by a condition — recovery, illness, or limited mobility that needs handling. Elder Care is ongoing daily support for an older parent who is generally well. If age rather than a medical situation is the reason, Elder Care usually fits better.

What to expect

How Arranging Patient Care Works

Five stages, told from your side, so you know what you are agreeing to before you agree to it.

1 · First contact

Call or message and describe the situation — the condition, where you are in Kota, and when care needs to start.

2 · We listen first

We ask about mobility, hygiene, feeding, night support and whether a nurse is genuinely required — then tell you which level fits.

3 · Matching the right person

We suggest verified staff whose experience matches the condition and share their details. You decide who works for your family.

4 · Scheduling and start

We agree the hours and shift pattern, make expectations clear on both sides, and the staff member starts at your home.

5 · Ongoing support

We stay reachable while the service runs. If the fit is wrong or needs change, tell us and we will work it out.

How Pricing Works

We do not publish rates, because a number set before we know the patient would not be an honest one. What we can do is tell you exactly what the charge depends on.

  • The level of care — whether the patient needs a qualified nurse or an experienced caregiver.
  • Duration — hours per day, days per week, and how long the arrangement is expected to run.
  • Shift pattern — day, night, 12-hour or 24-hour duty, and whether one person or two in shifts.
  • Specific requirements — what the patient's condition actually asks of the person doing the work.

We discuss the exact charge with you once we understand the situation, and there is no obligation to go ahead after that conversation.

Why families choose us

Why Families in Kota Trust Us With Patient Care

Someone is coming into your home to look after a person who cannot fully look after themselves. That deserves more than a promise.

Matched to the condition

We match on what the patient actually needs, not on who happens to be free. If we do not have the right person, we say so.

Honest about the limits

If the situation needs a hospital rather than home care, you will hear that from us on the first call.

Reachable while care is running

Our team is in Kota. If something needs sorting out mid-service, you reach us directly — not a call centre in another city.

Verified before placement

Identity verification, background checks and an assessment of experience against the specific duty — a step in the process, not something arranged only on request.

Details shared before the start

You see the relevant details of the person coming to your home before the service begins, not on the day they arrive.

Replaced if the fit is wrong

A placement that is not working is ours to solve. Tell us and we will arrange a replacement.

Talk to us about the patient's situation

Describe what is going on and we will tell you what level of care fits — including if it is less than you expected.

Common questions

Patient Care — Common Questions

The things families ask us on the phone, answered here so you do not have to.

Do you provide a nurse or an attendant for patient care?

Both, depending on what the patient actually needs. Where clinical care is required, we arrange a qualified nurse. Where the need is non-clinical — recovery support, mobility, hygiene, feeding, and supervision through the day — we arrange an experienced caregiver. We'll talk through the patient's condition first and tell you honestly which one fits, rather than sending the more expensive option by default.

How quickly can you arrange patient care in Kota?

For urgent requirements, we can arrange staff within 24 to 48 hours in most cases. For standard requirements, we typically need 2 to 3 days to match the right person to the patient's needs. If a discharge is happening sooner than that, call us and tell us the timing — we will tell you honestly what we can arrange rather than promise something we cannot hold.

Do you provide 12-hour and 24-hour patient care?

Yes, we provide both 12-hour and 24-hour duty. For 24-hour care, we can arrange either a single caregiver with rest breaks or two caregivers working in shifts, depending on the patient's condition and family preference. Shorter daily hours are also possible where that is genuinely what the patient needs.

What will the caregiver not do?

A caregiver is not a substitute for a doctor or a hospital. We do not run an ICU or high-dependency setup at home, we do not diagnose, and we do not change or decide a treatment plan — that stays with the patient's own doctor. General household work outside patient care is also not part of the duty; if the household needs that as well, it is arranged separately as Maid Services or Housekeeping.

Are your patient care staff verified?

Yes. All staff go through a verification process before placement, including identity verification, background checks, and an assessment of their experience and suitability for the specific duty. We share relevant details with the family before the service begins, because we know they will be in your home with someone vulnerable.

How are patient care charges decided?

Charges depend on four things: whether a nurse or a caregiver is needed, how many hours per day and days per week, the shift pattern (day, night, 12-hour or 24-hour), and any specific requirements of the patient's condition. We discuss the exact charge with you after we understand the situation, with no obligation to proceed. We do not publish rates on this page because a number set without knowing the patient would not be an honest one.
