A parent living alone
They manage most things, but the day has become harder — and the family would rather someone was there than wait for a fall to prove the point.
Care Services
Daily support for an elderly parent at home — hygiene, moving around safely, meals and company — from someone verified, matched to your household and its routine.
Serving Kota, Talwandi, Vigyan Nagar, Mahaveer Nagar, Kunhari and Landmark City
What's included
Elder Care is day-to-day support for an older parent living at home. It is practical help and company, not medical treatment.
Knowing where our work stops means nobody discovers a gap on the first day. If your parent's needs have moved past daily support into medical care, we will say so on the call and move you to the right service — including when that is not one of ours.
Who it's for
Most families who call us about elder care are in one of these situations.
They manage most things, but the day has become harder — and the family would rather someone was there than wait for a fall to prove the point.
Walking, bathing and stairs now carry real risk, and the family wants someone there for the parts of the day where a fall is most likely.
The house is empty from morning to evening, and nobody is comfortable leaving an elderly parent on their own for that stretch.
You cannot be here to check in, and you want someone reliable at the house plus a local team you can actually reach when you have a question.
Elder Care is ongoing daily support for an older parent who is generally well. Patient Care is driven by a condition — illness, recovery after hospital, or being bedridden. If there is a medical situation rather than simply age, Patient Care usually fits better.
See Patient CareWhat to expect
Five stages, told from your side, so you know what you are agreeing to before you agree to it.
Call or message and tell us about your parent — how they are managing, where you are in Kota, and what part of the day worries you most.
We ask what your parent can still do alone, what has become difficult, and which hours matter — then tell you what level of support actually fits.
We suggest verified caregivers with experience of elderly households and share their details. You decide who you are comfortable with.
We agree the hours, make expectations clear on both sides, and the caregiver starts — usually with a short settling-in period so your parent gets used to them.
We stay reachable while the service runs. Needs change slowly with age — tell us when they do and we will adjust the arrangement.
Transparency
We do not publish rates, because a number set before we know your parent would not be an honest one. What we can do is tell you exactly what the charge depends on.
We discuss the exact charge with you once we understand the situation, and there is no obligation to go ahead after that conversation.
Why families choose us
Someone is coming into your parent's home, often when you cannot be there yourself. That deserves more than a promise.
Temperament matters as much as skill with an elderly parent. We match on both, and if we do not have the right person we say so.
If your parent's needs have moved past daily support into medical care, you will hear that from us rather than discover it later.
Our team is in Kota. If you are calling from another city to check on things, you reach us directly — not a call centre.
Identity verification, background checks and an assessment of experience against the specific duty — a step in the process, not something arranged only on request.
You see the relevant details of the person coming to your parent's home before the service begins, not on the day they arrive.
A placement that is not working is ours to solve. Tell us and we will arrange a replacement.
Tell us how they are managing and we will tell you what level of support fits — including if it is less than you expected.
Common questions
The things families ask us on the phone, answered here so you do not have to.
Elder Care is ongoing daily support for an older parent who is generally well but finds the day harder than they used to — hygiene, moving around, meals, and company. Patient Care is driven by a medical situation: recovery after hospital, illness, or a parent who has become bedridden. If you are not sure which one your parent needs, describe the situation on the phone and we will tell you honestly which fits.
Yes. We arrange day support, overnight support, and 12-hour or 24-hour duty. For 24-hour care we can arrange either a single caregiver with rest breaks or two caregivers working in shifts, depending on what your parent needs and what the household can accommodate. Shorter daily hours are equally possible where that is genuinely enough.
The caregiver's time is meant for your parent, so the duty covers light tidying around them — not the household's full cleaning, laundry and cooking. Families who need both usually arrange elder care alongside Maid Services, Home Cook Services or Housekeeping, so neither job is done at the expense of the other. We will tell you plainly which combination fits rather than stretch one person across everything.
This is one of the most common things families tell us, and it is a fair objection. We suggest starting with fewer hours so your parent meets the caregiver rather than has one imposed on them, and we try to match on temperament and language, not only on skill. If the person is not a fit after a genuine try, tell us and we will arrange someone else.
Yes. All staff go through a verification process before placement, including identity verification, background checks, and an assessment of their experience and suitability for the specific duty. We share relevant details with the family before the service begins, because we know they will be spending long hours alone with your parent.
Charges depend on four things: the level of support needed, how many hours per day and days per week, the shift pattern (day, night, 12-hour or 24-hour), and any specific requirements of your parent's situation. We discuss the exact charge with you after we understand the situation, with no obligation to proceed. We do not publish rates on this page because a number set without knowing your parent would not be an honest one.
Where we serve
We arrange elder care at home across these areas in and around Kota. For locations slightly outside the city, call to confirm availability first. Whether an arrangement will hold where your parent actually lives is a separate question, and we have written about it.
