A respectful workplace
You are placed as a professional doing skilled work. We set that expectation with the family before you arrive, and we take it seriously if a placement does not respect it.
Careers
We place caregivers, nurses, maids, cooks and housekeepers into family homes across Kota. If you do this work well and honestly, we would like to hear from you — and we will be straight with you about the hours, the pay and the placement before anything is agreed.
Why work with us
These are commitments we make to the people we place, not slogans. If we cannot hold to one of them in your case, we will tell you before you start.
You are placed as a professional doing skilled work. We set that expectation with the family before you arrive, and we take it seriously if a placement does not respect it.
Part-time visits, full working days, or day and night shifts. Tell us what you can genuinely commit to and we match you against work that fits it.
You will know the amount and the schedule before your first day. No one is asked to begin work without knowing what they will be paid.
What the placement involves is agreed up front with the family, so you are not asked on day three to do work that was never part of the arrangement.
A recovering patient, a new mother, an elderly parent, a family holding things together. The households you go into genuinely need the person who turns up.
Our team is in Kota. If something needs sorting out during a placement, you reach us directly — you are not left to handle it alone.
Roles we hire for
We accept applications for all seven services year-round and place people as families need them. Where a role shows “Applications accepted”, it means exactly that — your application is welcome and will be assessed, not that a specific vacancy is confirmed today.
Qualified nurses where clinical care is required, and experienced caregivers for recovery, mobility, hygiene and daily support at home.
Daily support for an elderly parent — hygiene, mobility, meals and companionship — in their own home.
Post-delivery support for the mother alongside gentle, experienced care for the newborn through the early weeks.
Attentive, dependable care for young children at home while parents are at work — play, meals, routines and safe supervision.
General day-to-day household help — sweeping, mopping, dusting, utensils, kitchen cleanup, laundry and routine chores.
Fresh, home-style meals cooked daily to a family's taste, following any dietary preferences they set.
Cleaning as the main job — thorough dusting, floors, surfaces, bathrooms and the kitchen area, room by room.
How hiring works
Seven stages, told from your side, so you know what happens after you apply.
You send us your details — the role you want, your experience, your area and the hours you can work.
A short call to understand your experience and confirm the basics. We will tell you honestly if the role is not a fit.
A proper conversation about the work you are comfortable with — and your chance to ask us questions before anything is agreed.
Identity, address and background checks. Every person we place goes through this, because we promise families exactly that.
If it is a yes, we confirm the role, the hours and the pay with you. If it is a no, we say so rather than leave you waiting.
Practical preparation for the specific placement, so you arrive knowing what is expected. We tell you clearly whether your role includes this.
We introduce you to the family, confirm the task list on both sides, and stay reachable once the placement starts.
Eligibility
The same requirements apply to everyone. If you are missing something on this list, apply anyway and tell us — several of these can be sorted out during the process.
We would rather tell you the limits before you invest time in applying than have you find out afterwards. If a role is not right for you, we will say so.
Working with us
Stated as practices rather than promises, so you can hold us to them.
You tell us the hours you can commit to and we match against them, rather than assigning you shifts you never agreed to.
Role, hours, task list and pay are all agreed before your first day, with both sides clear on what the placement involves.
Where a role needs briefing, you get it before you start — not on the day, in front of the family.
Our team is local and reachable. If something goes wrong mid-placement, you have someone to call.
People who work reliably get offered more hours and more responsibility as families ask for them.
Because every placement is verified, you arrive already vouched for — which changes how a household treats you on day one.
Common questions
The things people ask before applying, answered here so you do not have to call to find out.
Anyone in or around Kota who wants to do this work honestly and can look after someone else's home or family member with care. You need valid identity and address proof, the ability to reach the areas we serve, and a willingness to go through our verification process. Formal qualifications matter less than reliability and temperament.
For most roles, experience is preferred but not essential. Maid, housekeeping and cooking roles are open to people who have run a household well and can work to an agreed task list. Patient care is the exception: where a family needs clinical care we place a qualified nurse, so nursing roles do require the relevant qualification.
Both. Many placements are part-time — a set number of hours or visits in the week. Others are full-time across the working day, and some care placements involve day or night shifts. Tell us on your application what hours you can genuinely commit to, and we will match you against work that fits.
In family homes across Kota — including Talwandi, Vigyan Nagar, Mahaveer Nagar, Kunhari and Landmark City, plus nearby areas. We try to match you to placements you can reach reasonably from where you live, so tell us your area on the application.
Pay depends on the role, the hours, the shift pattern and what the placement actually involves. We agree the amount with you before you start — you will never be asked to begin work without knowing what you will be paid. We do not publish fixed rates on this page because a number set before we know the placement would not be an honest one.
No. There is no application fee, no registration fee, no training fee and no deposit of any kind. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay it — call us directly on the number on this page and tell us.
Identity proof, address proof, and Aadhaar where you have it. If you have a police verification certificate, that helps. If you do not have one yet, say so on the application — it does not automatically stop you being considered, and we will explain what is needed for the role.
Identity verification, address verification, background checks, and an assessment of your experience against the specific duty. We do this because families are trusting us with a home and often with someone vulnerable, and we tell them plainly that every placement is verified. The same standard applies to everyone.
It depends on how quickly we can complete screening and verification, and on whether a suitable placement is open when you apply. We will tell you honestly where you stand rather than leave you waiting without an answer. If nothing suitable is open, we keep your application on file for future openings.
Yes. After the initial screening call we arrange an interview so we can understand your experience, the kind of work you are comfortable with, and the hours you can commit to. It is also your opportunity to ask us questions before anything is agreed.
Where a role needs it, we brief and orient you before you start so you know what the placement expects. This is practical preparation for the specific duty rather than a formal certification course, and we will tell you clearly which applies to the role you are being considered for.
Yes — tell us the role you are applying for on the application. If we think your experience fits a different service better, we will discuss it with you rather than move you without asking. You are never placed into work you have not agreed to.
Tell us. We stay reachable while a placement runs, for the family and for you. If the fit is wrong, we would rather resolve it or move you than have anyone stuck in a situation that is not working.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Being selected means you are verified and on our roster; actual placement depends on a family needing the service you provide, in an area you can reach, at hours you can work. We tell you what is realistic rather than promise volume we cannot hold.
Only to assess your application, verify you, and contact you about work. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. Where we place you with a family, we share the relevant details they need to know about the person coming into their home. You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
What we look for
Skill can be taught and experience builds over time. These six are what we actually weigh when we decide whether to place someone in a family's home — and what a placement is reviewed against afterwards.
Noticing that the person in front of you is unwell, tired, frightened or embarrassed — and adjusting how you work because of it. Most of the households we serve are having a difficult month.
Arriving prepared, keeping to the agreed task list, and raising a problem with us rather than letting it grow. You are doing skilled work, and we expect it to be carried out that way.
Turning up when you said you would. A family planning around a shift cannot absorb a no-show, so we would rather you commit to fewer hours and keep every one of them.
Treating the home as someone's private space and the household as people, not a task. This runs both ways: we ask the same of every family before a placement begins.
Telling the truth about your experience, your availability and anything that goes wrong. We would far rather hear an uncomfortable fact early than discover it later.
Putting the wellbeing of the person being cared for ahead of what is quickest or easiest that day, and knowing when a situation needs to be escalated to the family or to us.
Apply
Send us your details and we will come back to you. Applying costs nothing and puts you under no obligation.
The quickest way to reach us. Send your name, the role you want, your area in Kota, and your experience — we will take it from there and tell you what happens next.
We ask for these because every placement is verified before it starts. We use your information only to assess your application, verify you and contact you about work — never for advertising, and never sold. Our privacy policy for applicants sets out who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
