About us

About Quality Care Services

We are a home care and caregiver agency in Kota. Families come to us when someone at home needs looking after, or when a household needs dependable hands. This page sets out who we are, how we choose the people we place, and exactly what happens from your first call onwards.

Our story

Why This Business Exists

Almost every family who calls us is doing this for the first time, and usually in a difficult week. A parent has stopped managing on their own. A discharge date has been set and nobody is sure what happens after the ambulance leaves. A baby has arrived and the house is not coping. Or the household simply cannot keep running without reliable help, and the last three arrangements did not last.

What those situations have in common is not a lack of options. Kota has no shortage of people offering staff. What families struggle to find is a straight answer — who is this person, has anyone actually checked them, what will they do and what will they not do, and who do I call when something goes wrong at eight in the evening.

Quality Care Services exists to answer those questions before they become problems. We are a local business in Kota, run by people who live here, and the work is deliberately narrow: find the right person, verify them properly, brief them about your specific situation, and stay reachable while the arrangement runs.

What we chose not to be

We are not a marketplace that forwards your number and steps back. We are not a medical provider either. Where a patient's care needs nursing training we arrange a qualified nurse, but the treatment plan belongs to the patient's own doctor, and it always will.

Those are limits, not modesty. Knowing exactly where our work stops is what lets us be precise about the part we do.

Our mission

Our Mission

To make arranging care at home in Kota a clear, honest and unhurried decision — so that a family in a hard week is not also fighting the process.

  • Listen before suggesting anything. The first conversation is about the situation, not about a package. We ask what is actually happening at home before we propose a single thing.
  • Match a person, not a slot. We place someone whose experience fits the requirement. If we do not have the right person available, we tell you instead of sending whoever is free.
  • Verify before, not after. Checks are finished and the person's details are shared with you before anyone is placed — not once the arrangement has already started.
  • Be plain about limits and costs. We state what a service does not cover, and we explain exactly what the charge depends on before you commit to anything.
  • Stay reachable afterwards. A placement is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. The same local team answers while the arrangement is running.

Our vision

Our Vision

To be the home care provider that families in Kota recommend to each other — earned through placements that worked, not through advertising.

What we are working towards

  • A standard of verification that families in Kota come to expect from anyone placing staff in a home
  • Enough depth across all seven services that a household can arrange everything it needs through one team it already trusts
  • Work that caregivers, cooks and housekeeping staff in Kota actively want, on terms agreed before they start
  • A written record — in our Knowledge Center — of what we have learned, useful even to families who never call us

How we will know it is working

  • Placements that run for months rather than being replaced in the first fortnight
  • Families who came to us for one service arranging a second one later
  • Caregivers who finish a placement and ask us for the next one
  • New families arriving because a neighbour told them to call, not because we advertised

What we believe

The Values We Actually Work To

These are the commitments that decide how every placement is arranged.

Verified Before Placement

Nobody reaches your home without identity and background verification. Where a duty involves someone vulnerable, experience is matched to that reality rather than approximated.

Honest Communication

If a situation needs a hospital rather than home care, or a service we do not provide, we tell you on the first call — including when that costs us the work.

Transparent Process

What the duty includes, what it excludes, what the charge depends on, and who is coming to your home — all settled before anything begins.

Timelines We Can Hold

If a start date is not achievable, we give you the real one rather than the one you want to hear and then miss it.

Respect on Both Sides

Dignity for the person being cared for and for the person doing the caring. Neither side discovers the arrangement on day one.

Compassion

Most people reach us on a difficult day. The job of that conversation is to make the situation feel manageable; the arranging comes second.

How we work

From Your First Call to an Arrangement That Holds

Six stages, in order, from the first message to the weeks after someone starts.

1 · Inquiry

Call, message on WhatsApp, or send the form. Tell us what is happening and when help needs to start.

2 · Understanding your requirement

We ask about the condition or routine, the hours, and whether the need is clinical. Then we tell you which service actually fits.

3 · Matching the right caregiver

We shortlist staff whose experience fits your situation and share their details. You decide who comes to your home.

4 · Identity & background verification

Identity, background, references and experience are checked before the placement is confirmed — never alongside it.

5 · Service begins

The caregiver arrives already briefed on your routine and the agreed duty. Hours and expectations are settled on both sides beforehand.

6 · Follow-up & support

We stay reachable for the length of the arrangement. If the requirement changes or the fit is wrong, tell us and we arrange a replacement.

Verification

How We Verify the People We Place

Someone is coming into your home, often to look after a person who cannot fully look after themselves. This is what happens before that.

Identity verification

Government photo identity and address proof are collected and checked against the person in front of us. Nobody is placed on the strength of a phone number and a recommendation.

Background verification

We check whether anything adverse appears on record. Where an applicant already holds a police verification certificate, we take it; where they do not, we do not treat its absence as a substitute for our own checks.

Reference checks

Previous placements are contacted where they exist. We ask about reliability and conduct in a real household, which tells us more than any document can.

Experience review

We assess what someone has actually done against what your duty requires. Experience with an elderly parent who still moves around unaided is not the same as experience with a bedridden patient, and we do not treat them as interchangeable.

Briefing before placement

Where the role needs it, the person is briefed on the specific duty before starting — the routine, the household, the boundaries. This is practical preparation for your situation, not a formal certification course.

Details shared with you first

You see the relevant details of the person coming to your home before the service begins, so the first time you learn who they are is not the morning they arrive.

What verification does not tell you

  • It confirms who someone is and what their record shows — it is not a guarantee of how they will work
  • It says nothing certain about character, patience, or how someone behaves on a hard day
  • It is not a clinical credential, and we never present a verified caregiver as a substitute for medical judgement

What covers the rest

Verification lowers the risk of the wrong person reaching your home. The replacement commitment covers what verification cannot: if the fit turns out to be wrong once someone has actually started, sorting it out is our job, not yours. Together those two are the protection you are being offered, and both are real.

Who we serve

The Families and Households We Work With

Almost everyone who reaches us is in one of these situations. The full list of what we arrange is on our services page.

Patients recovering at home

After a hospital stay, an operation, or during a long illness — where mobility, hygiene, feeding and daily routine need handling by someone who has done it before. See Patient Care.

Elderly parents

Daily support that protects independence rather than replacing it, for a parent who is generally well but no longer managing everything alone. See Elder Care.

Families arranging from another city

Adult children who cannot be in Kota every day and need someone reliable at the house, plus a local team they can actually reach when something needs sorting out.

Working professionals

Households where both adults work and the day does not stretch far enough — cooking, cleaning and daily upkeep arranged around a real schedule. See Maid Services.

New mothers and young children

The weeks after a delivery, and the ordinary weeks afterwards when a child needs looking after while parents are at work. See Mother & Newborn Care and Child Care.

Why families choose us

The Practical Reasons, Not the Slogans

What you get that is uncommon, and what we cannot do — set out in the same place so you can weigh both before you call.

What you get that is uncommon

  • An honest "no". If your situation needs a hospital, an ICU setup, or a service outside our seven, we tell you on the first call rather than taking the booking
  • You choose the person. We suggest and share details; we do not assign someone and inform you afterwards
  • Written boundaries per service. Every service page states what the duty does not cover, so nobody discovers a gap on day one
  • A replacement commitment. If the fit is wrong, sorting it out is our job, not yours
  • One local team throughout. The people who arrange the placement are the people who answer while it runs
  • Guidance with nothing attached. Our Knowledge Center is written to be useful even if you never call us

What we are not going to pretend

  • We are not the cheapest option in Kota, and we do not compete on being it
  • We cannot always place someone the same day. For urgent needs we usually manage 24 to 48 hours; for a standard requirement, 2 to 3 days to match properly
  • We do not provide clinical services beyond arranging qualified nurses — no ICU setup, no equipment hire, no emergency medical response
  • We have no control over how a person feels on a given day. What we control is who we send, what we check, and how fast we fix it

If any of the above rules us out for your situation, that is a useful thing to know now rather than three weeks in.

Tell us what is happening at home

One conversation is usually enough to work out what kind of help fits. We listen first, and there is no obligation after that call.

Common questions

Questions Families Ask About Us

The things people want to know before they decide whether to call.

What kind of company is Quality Care Services?

We are a home care and domestic support agency based in Kota. We do not run a hospital, a clinic or a care home. What we do is find, verify and place the right person in your home — a nurse, a caregiver, a maid, a cook or housekeeping help — and stay reachable while that arrangement runs.

Are you a medical provider?

No. We arrange qualified nurses where a patient's care genuinely requires nursing training, but we do not diagnose, prescribe, or change any treatment plan — that stays with the patient's own doctor. We are not a hospital, an ICU or a high-dependency setup at home, and we are not an ambulance or emergency medical service. If a situation needs one of those, we will say so on the first call.

How do you verify the people you place?

Every placement goes through identity verification, background checks, reference and experience review, and a briefing about your specific requirement before the person starts. We share the relevant details with the family before the service begins, not on the day someone arrives. What verification establishes is who a person is and that nothing adverse is on record — it is not a guarantee of how they will work, and anyone presenting it as one is overstating it.

Why do you not publish your prices?

Because the charge depends on things we cannot know before we speak to you: the level of care needed, hours per day and days per week, the shift pattern, and the specific requirements of the situation. A number set before we know those would not be an honest one. We discuss the exact charge once we understand the situation, and there is no obligation to go ahead after that conversation.

What happens if the person you send is not the right fit?

Tell us, and we arrange a replacement. A placement that is not working is ours to solve, not something you should have to manage around. We would rather hear about it in the first week than find out at the end of the month.

Which areas of Kota do you serve?

We arrange staff across Kota, including Talwandi, Vigyan Nagar, Mahaveer Nagar, Kunhari and Landmark City. For locations slightly outside the city, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it rather than accept the work and struggle.

Who will I actually be speaking to?

Our team is in Kota. When you call the number on this site, you reach the people who arrange the placement — not a call centre in another city working from a script. If something needs sorting out while care is running, you reach the same team.

Ready When You Are

Call us, message on WhatsApp, or send an inquiry and we will get back to you. If you would rather work out what you need first, our Knowledge Center covers that — and if you are looking for work rather than help, see Careers.
