These are the things families ask us, and the ones they only think to ask after an arrangement has disappointed them. Writing them down here does not replace that call — it just means you are not starting from nothing.
Where a household has a patient at home, the treating medical team may set specific hygiene requirements. We will place someone who can follow those instructions carefully, but the instructions themselves must come from the doctor or nursing staff who know the case, not from us.
The service behind this section
Cleaning as the main job — thorough dusting, floors, surfaces, bathrooms and the kitchen area, room by room. Every person we place is verified and briefed on the agreed scope before the first visit.
This service exists because cleaning added on top of other duties is the first thing to get rushed. Here it is the whole placement, with the time to do it properly.
We weigh thoroughness more heavily than formal experience when placing for this service. It is the quality families actually notice.

Practical guidance on arranging cleaning at home. None of it covers products, chemicals or cleaning methods — each guide states plainly what it does not cover, and points mould, pests, damp and any health concern to a qualified specialist.
